FAQ

Questions, answered
honestly.

The same transparency that governs KRIP's intelligence governs how we explain it.

Why are some features locked?
Because KRIP only activates a capability when the required data and intelligence engines are available. A locked feature is designed and ready to switch on — it is shown, honestly, as awaiting its data rather than displaying an empty or fabricated result.
Does KRIP use fake data?
No. KRIP never manufactures intelligence. Demonstration environments use clearly labeled simulation datasets — and whenever simulated data is shown, a "Simulation dataset" indicator is always visible.
What is the difference between a prediction and a fact?
Facts are recorded business events, shown at full precision. Predictions are AI-generated estimates, shown rounded with a tilde (~), a confidence level, and stated limitations — because a forecast is a range, not a certainty.
Can KRIP make automatic business decisions?
No. KRIP recommends actions, but management remains responsible for every final decision. KRIP never executes purchases, transfers, or campaigns on its own.
Why do some AI answers include limitations?
Because transparency builds executive trust. KRIP explains what information it considered and what was unavailable, so you can weigh its advice with full context. An AI that never admits its limits cannot be trusted with real decisions.
